In most cases, a patients’ medical insurance will cover the majority of your treatment costs. In many cases insurance will cover the entire course of treatment, including surgery, especially if your condition is a serious one.

However, some surgeries may require insurance pre-approval, so it is always helpful to check ahead with your insurance provider to ensure you will not incur out of pocket expenses.
